Accessed via 1 opening hinged front and a lift out front revealing the second floor roof space. Featuring a typical tudor style frame with solid infilled panels between vertical timber supports. The house is completed in an aged & weathered yellow orche finish
The house layout comprises an interior staircase to the first floor and via a ladder to the upper sleeping space in the eves.
An Inglenook fireplace is featured on the ground floor and features individually laid solid timbered floorboards
Built on solid base with aged timber edges the house measures 37"(94cms) high
the base is 23"(58.5cms) deep by 26"(66cms) wide.
the rooms are 15"(38cms) wide by 13"(33cms) deep by nearly 8"(19cms) high
